Four things, done properly, rather than a long list done thinly.
This is the same real scope used across all of our website implementation services — nothing here is aspirational or a future add-on.
Custom business website (typically 5–10 pages)
Built around your actual services and customer journey, not a generic stock layout. Page count and structure are scoped to what your business needs to explain itself and be found — a home page, service or product pages, an about page, and the pages specific to how you sell.
Mobile-responsive design with contact & discovery forms
The site works correctly on the phone, since that's where most first visits happen. Contact and discovery forms are built in, not bolted on, so a new inquiry reaches you in a usable shape instead of a raw email to sort through.
SEO foundation + Analytics/Search Console setup
Page titles, meta descriptions, header structure, and the on-page fundamentals search engines look for, set up correctly from launch. Google Analytics and Search Console are connected so you can actually see who's finding the site and how.
Launch support
Guidance through domain and hosting setup, a go-live checklist, and support around the actual transition, so switching to the new site doesn't break existing traffic, forms, or email in the process.
From brief to a live site, in a clear sequence.
Started from your approved Business Blueprint, or from a direct briefing on your business and goals — either way, the same build sequence applies.
Intake & brief
From your Blueprint, or a direct briefing on your business and goals.
Structure & page planning
We map the pages, navigation, and customer journey the site needs to cover.
Design & build
The site is designed and built to your brand, mobile-responsive from the start.
Content & SEO setup
Pages are filled in, on-page SEO fundamentals applied, Analytics and Search Console connected.
Review & launch
You review the built site and request changes, then it goes live with support through the transition.
One clear price, before work begins.
Final scope and price are confirmed after your inquiry, based on the number of pages and complexity involved.
Already completed your Business Blueprint? The amount you paid for your Blueprint (up to $1,499) is credited toward your first eligible implementation when you move forward within 90 days. Standard pricing applies if you brief us directly.
Need more than 10 pages, e-commerce, or something more custom? Tell us in your inquiry and we'll scope it accordingly.
Two other places to look first.
Business Website Implementation,
answered plainly.
No. You can brief us directly and proceed at standard project pricing. If you already completed a Business Blueprint, your target customer, positioning, and website priorities are already defined, and the amount you paid for your Blueprint (up to $1,499) is credited toward your first eligible implementation when you move forward within 90 days.
Most businesses land in the 5–10 page range — home, services or products, about, contact, and a few pages specific to how you sell. We confirm the exact structure during scoping.
Send us what you have, even if it's rough notes, and we'll work with it. If you're starting from very little, tell us in your inquiry so we can scope that into the project.
Just the basics: your business info and goals, any existing branding (logo, colors, fonts — we can work with you on this if you don't have it yet), and any existing content or notes for your pages. If you already own a domain, we'll need access to point it at the new site; if not, we'll help you acquire one as part of launch.
Yes. Ongoing changes and additions can be scoped separately, or handled as part of Managed Business Support if you want it running as an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off request.
