Businesses have always been able to hire remote specialists. What's usually missing isn't access to talent, it's someone accountable for how that talent is managed, communicated with, and held to a standard. That's the gap GBH is built to close.
A specialist working on your business should feel like part of your team, not a vendor you're managing. GBH sits in between: we recruit, train, and supervise the specialists, and stay the single point of contact for the work getting done.

Founder, Get Business Handled
Natalia is a co-founder of Get Business Handled and a licensed attorney in Ukraine with more than 14 years of experience working with businesses, corporate operations, transactions, and important business decisions. She also earned her LL.M. in U.S., International, and Transnational Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Her legal and business background shaped a practical, detail-focused approach to helping companies make better decisions, build stronger foundations, and move forward with greater clarity. At GBH, Natalia brings that experience into the way business needs are evaluated, priorities are organized, and strategy is turned into actionable next steps.
GBH was built around a simple operating philosophy: business owners shouldn't have to choose between doing everything themselves and losing accountability to a rotating group of freelancers. The goal is to provide one accountable partner that can assemble and manage the right specialists while remaining answerable for the work.
Natalia's belief is simple: a good idea is only the beginning. The real difference comes from making the right decisions before time and money are invested — and then having the right support to execute them properly.
Built around one accountable relationship.
GBH brings the right specialists together around the work, manages how that work moves, and gives the business one accountable point of contact.
One accountable point of contact
One person coordinates the people doing the work on your behalf, so you're never chasing down separate freelancers yourself.
Specialists, assembled and supervised
We don't just introduce you to talent. GBH assembles and supervises the specialists on your engagement for as long as the work continues.
Clear scope and accountability
Scope and reporting are agreed before work starts, not figured out after the fact.
Support that can grow as you do
Work starts within a defined set of operational needs — CRM, data entry, marketing, admin, day-to-day support — and can expand as the relationship grows.
Two things guide how GBH takes on work.
Practical
We'd rather scope something narrow and finish it well than promise a broad transformation and under-deliver. Start with the work that's actually in front of you.
Scalable
Most clients start with one need. The relationship is built so it can grow into more, CRM into marketing into full managed support, without starting over each time.
A defined process, from first message to ongoing work.
Every engagement, regardless of size, moves through the same stages. Nothing about scope or cost is assumed before you've agreed to it.
Inquiry
Tell us what needs to get done. Start with the problem in your own words — no lengthy forms or unnecessary steps.
Discovery
We ask the questions needed to understand the work, your systems, and where things currently stand.
Proposal & scope
You receive a written scope outlining deliverables, timeline, and pricing before any work is approved.
Approval & invoice
Once the scope is approved, we issue the invoice and move forward based on the agreed terms.
Onboarding
We secure the necessary access, establish reporting, and confirm points of contact on both sides.
Work begins
The assigned specialist or team begins work, with GBH managing delivery throughout.
Reporting
You receive progress updates on the cadence established during onboarding, so you always know where things stand.
Feedback
We review what is working, address what needs attention, and align on any future scope as the relationship develops.
Two commitments that matter more than the rest.
Handling your information
Specialists only get access to what their assigned work actually requires, not a standing password to everything in your business, and it's handled under our own privacy policy. Anything beyond that baseline gets confirmed during scoping, not after.
Being honest about our work
We hold ourselves to a plain standard: honest status reporting throughout, and problems flagged as soon as we see them rather than smoothed over until they're bigger. If something is behind, off-track, or outside what was scoped, you'll hear it from us before you have to ask.
Tell us what needs to get done.
One inquiry, reviewed personally, pointing you to the right next step, whether that's a free Business Discovery or a direct conversation about a specific need.
