1. Our self-service offers

The amount charged at checkout is the price above, less any credit you are eligible for (section 6).
2. Payment and order acceptance
Self-service offers are paid 100% upfront at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted once Stripe confirms your payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. If a checkout is abandoned or expires, no order is created and you are not charged.
3. What’s included, and timing
Full Business Snapshot. A GBH Analyst reviews your Discovery findings and delivers your analyst-reviewed Full Business Snapshot — tailored findings and priorities, and clear, prioritized recommendations — within 24 hours of your order. It includes one 30-minute consultation with a GBH Analyst to walk through it (section 7).
Business Blueprint. A written plan for your business, delivered within 1 week, including up to 3 strategy sessions: business brainstorming, competitor research, business model refinement, website strategy, CRM recommendations, marketing strategy, standard operating procedures and an implementation roadmap. Implementation is not included unless you purchase it separately.
Website Implementation. A custom, mobile-responsive business website with an analytics and SEO foundation and launch support, delivered in this order: intake and brief, structure and page planning, design and build, content and SEO setup, your review, launch.
Business Launch. Everything in Website Implementation, plus a business email domain, CRM and business organization, lead routing and basic automation, and a launch checklist and team handoff.
Timing for Website Implementation and Business Launch. We do not promise a fixed completion date unless your offer or SOW states one. We confirm the expected schedule after intake; it depends on you providing the information, content, approvals and access we need.
4. Your responsibilities and delays
Please provide accurate business information, any branding and content you have (rough notes are fine), and access to accounts such as your domain when needed. Never send passwords through our forms — we will arrange access with you directly. Delays in providing information, content, approvals or access extend delivery dates. If you do not respond for 30 consecutive days after we request required information or an approval, we may place your project on hold after giving you notice; restart timing depends on our availability.
5. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, business email, paid plugins, CRM and other software subscriptions, advertising spend and other third-party charges are paid by you, unless your offer, SOW or written scope expressly states that they are included.
6. Credits
Full Snapshot credit. The amount you paid for your Full Snapshot, up to $299, is credited toward your first eligible GBH service — Business Blueprint, Website Implementation or Business Launch — when you purchase it within 90 days of your Full Snapshot purchase.
Blueprint credit. The amount you actually paid for your Business Blueprint, up to $1,499, is credited toward Website Implementation or Business Launch when you purchase within 90 days of your Blueprint purchase. If a Full Snapshot credit reduced your Blueprint payment, your Blueprint credit is the reduced amount you actually paid, not the $1,499 list price.
Credits are applied automatically at checkout for the same customer and business. Credits never add up to more than you actually paid, have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. A credit is cancelled if the purchase it came from is refunded.
7. Consultations and sessions
These rules apply to the consultation included with the Full Snapshot and to the strategy sessions included with the Blueprint. You schedule online and can cancel or reschedule using the link in your booking confirmation. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; one reasonable reschedule is included at no additional charge. A no-show, or a cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, may be treated as the session having been used, although we may make a courtesy exception. Please use the Full Snapshot consultation within 30 days after your Snapshot is delivered.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Full Business Snapshot ($299).
- You may cancel for a full refund before a GBH Analyst begins reviewing your paid order. Automated processing — including any AI-generated draft created during your free Discovery, before you pay — does not count as the start of analyst review and does not remove this right.
- Once a GBH Analyst begins reviewing your paid order, the purchase is non-refundable, unless we are unable to provide the paid deliverable.
- If we miss the 24-hour delivery time because of our own delay, you may choose to continue with delivery or request a refund before the Snapshot is delivered.
- After delivery, disagreement with the findings, conclusions, priorities or recommendations is not grounds for a refund.
Business Blueprint ($1,499). The Blueprint is non-refundable. If we decline or are unable to provide the Blueprint service you purchased, you will receive a refund for the undelivered service.
Website Implementation and Business Launch.
- Before substantive work begins: a full refund, less any non-refundable third-party costs we have already incurred specifically for you.
- After substantive work begins: any refund is limited to the portion of the service not yet performed, after deducting work already performed and non-refundable costs.
- Work already completed, delivered or approved is non-refundable.
- After final delivery there is no general refund for completed work; we remain responsible for anything actually included in the agreed scope.
Revisions (Website Implementation and Business Launch). Up to 2 reasonable revision rounds are included at the applicable review stage. Changes outside the agreed scope, or additional revision rounds, may require a separate quote and payment.
How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank controls how long they take to appear.
9. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase, with your name, your business and the service you purchased. We will acknowledge your request and aim to give you a decision within 5 business days.
10. Payment disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. If you start a chargeback or payment dispute, we may temporarily pause ongoing work, new deliveries and Portal activity while the dispute is resolved. This does not affect final work already delivered to you that you are otherwise entitled to keep.
11. Governing law
These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about a purchase will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise. This matches our Terms of Use.
12. Changes
We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version, and the version in effect when you paid applies to your order.
